titleOfInvention Antifreeze solution for quick freezing of agricultural and marine product and processed food and apparatus therefor
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the titled antifreeze solution suitable for the immersion of agricultural and marine products and processed foods, by mixing ethyl alcohol, distilled water, silicone emulsifier, polypurine glycol, sodium malate, a fatty acid ester, glycine, phytic acid, etc. n CONSTITUTION: An antifreeze solution for quick-freezing use can be produced by mixing ethyl alcohol and distilled water as main components, silicone emulsifier as a stabilizer, polypurine glycol as a preservative, sodium malate as a sweetener, a fatty acid ester as a surfactant, glycine as aminoacetic acid and phytic acid as a discoloration preventive and cooling the mixture at ≤-30°C. The operation space for freezing can be decreased compared with air flow freezing process. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
