abstract PURPOSE: To maintain adhesiveness and lubricity and to maintain a lubricating effect for a long period of time by forming a thin ferromagnetic metallic film on a nonmagnetic base and depositing a lubricating agent layer contg. a perfluoroalkylcarboxylate and sulfur extreme pressure additive on the thin magnetic metallic film. n CONSTITUTION: The thin ferromagnetic metallic film is formed on the nonmagnetic base and the lubricating agent contg. the perfluoroalkylcarboxylate and sulfur extreme pressure additive is deposited on the thin magnetic metallic film. The perfluoroalkylcarboxylate is expressed by the formula C n F 2n+1 COOR (where n denotes 6W10 integer, R denotes a hydrocarbon group of 1W25C) and is easily synthesized by bringing a perfluoroalkylcarboxylic acid and corresponding alcohol into reaction. The sulfur extreme pressure additive is exemplified by sulfurized fats and oils, dibenzyl disulfide, element sulfur, etc. The compounding ratio of the perfluoroalkylcarboxylate and the sulfur extreme pressure additive is preferably 30:70W70:30wt.
