titleOfInvention Magnetic sensor
abstract PURPOSE:To simplify constitution and to obtain large signal output by connecting a nickel alloy and respective magneto-resistance elements subjected to an oxidation treatment in series. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic sensor 5 is constituted by connecting the magneto- resistance element 61 having the characteristic of large magneto-electric conversion efficiency DELTAR/R and the magneto-resistance element 71 having the characteristic of the magneto-electric conversion efficiency decreased considerably by executing the oxidation resistance in series. The differential component between the magnetic field generated by magnets 41 and 42 embedded into a pulley 3 coupled to the shaft 2 of a motor 1 and zero magnetic field is detected by the sensor 5 and the large output signal is obtd.
