abstract |
PURPOSE:To obtain an easily sinterable molding which has excellent formability and reduces degreasing time by molding a compsn. consisting of a sinterable material having a specified grain size and specific ethylene copolymer and irradiating high-energy irradiations thereto. CONSTITUTION:The compsn. consisting of the sinterable material composed of the metal and inorg. compd. having 0.1-500mu average grain size and substantially ethylene copolymer is prepd. The copolymer is the ethylene copolymer of ethylene and an org. compd. of >=1 kinds selected from vinyl acetate, alkyl acrylate, alkyl methacrylate, acrylic acid and methacrylic acid and having double bonds. The copolymn. ratio of the org. compd. is made 1-50%. The ratio of the sinterable material in the total weight of the compsn. is made 50-95wt%. The compsn. is molded to a desired shape and the high-energy irradiations are radiated thereto at 1X10<6>-50X10R radiation dose. |
