abstract | PURPOSE: To provide the titled composition composed of a specific polyurethane resin, a rosin-modified maleic acid or rosin ester, and maleinized polybutadiene, having excellent adhesivity to polyamide molded articles, etc., and excellent printing properties. n CONSTITUTION: The objective composition can be prepared by compounding (A) a polyurethane resin prepared by the reaction of (i) a polyol component (preferably having an average molecular weight of 1,500W2,500), (ii) an aliphatic or alicyclic diisocyanate compound wherein the isocyanate group is bonded directly with a carbon atom bonded with two H atoms (e.g. lysine diisocyanate) and (iii) a chain extender consisting of a diol component and/or amine component, (B) a rosin-modified maleic acid or a rosin ester and (C) a maleinized polybutadiene.
