PURPOSE: A photocurable composition excellent in film adhesion, etc., and suitable for paints, etc., obtained by adding an organometallic compound and a silicon compound to a reaction product between a lowly viscous epoxy compound and a compound having a photoreactive unsaturated double bond. n CONSTITUTION: An addition reaction is effected between an epoxy compound of a viscosity ≤200cP (e.g., vinylcyclohexene diepoxide or glycidyl acrylate) and a compound having a photoreactive unsaturated double bond (e.g., acrylic or maleic acid). 100pts.wt. obtained reaction product is mixed with 0.01W10pts.wt. organometallic compound (e.g., trismetoxyaluminum or trisethoxyaluminum) and 0.01W10pts.wt. silicon compound which can generate silanol groups upon irradiation with light [e.g., trimethyl(o-nitrobenzyloxy)silane] to obtain the purpose photocurable composition. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
