titleOfInvention | Photocurable resin composition |
abstract | PURPOSE: A photocurable resin composition excellent in sensitivity, resolution, etc., and suitable as a material for planographic plates, etc., obtained by mixing a specified vinyl polymer-type high-molecular substance with a thioxanthone and a compound having a polymerizable ethylenic unsaturation. n CONSTITUTION: The purpose photocurable resin composition is prepared by mixing 1pt.wt. vinyl polymer-type high-molecular substance of a MW of 1,000W 1,000,000, having at least one structural unit of the formula (wherein R is hydrogen or methyl, R 1 and R 2 are each alkyl, and X is a bivalent organic group) with 0.01W0.5pt.wt. thioxanthone (derivative) and 0.05W5pts.wt. compound having at least one polymerizable ethylenic unsaturation (e.g., acrylic acid). Said vinyl polymer-type substance is obtained by, for example, a process comprising reacting, a glycidyl acrylate/vinyl monomer (e.g., acrylonitrile) copolymer with a p- dialkylaminobenzoic acid. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
