titleOfInvention | Cultivation of microorganism |
abstract | PURPOSE: A fluorocarbon containing oxygen dissolved therein is fed into a suspension of microorganisms to enable high-density cultivation. n CONSTITUTION: To a culture medium in which a microorganism is cultured in a suspension state, is added a fluorocarbon in which oxygen is dissolved at a rate of 0.1l of oxygen per 1l of the culture medium per hour. Thus, oxygen is fed in a mild state to enable high-efficiency proliferation of the microorganism through stabilized operations. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
