abstract PURPOSE:To improve the antishock faculty and permit cost cut by pouring polyurethance foaming raw-liquid into the space between a bumper cover and an inner panel and applying foaming process. CONSTITUTION:A bumper cover 1 is formed from olefine resin, and at least the back surface of the bumper cover 1 is applied with plasma treatment, and assembled onto an inner panel 2. Then, polyurethane forming raw-liquid is poured into the hollow part between the bumper cover 1 and the inner panel 2, and a urethane foamed body 3 is formed through foaming process.
