titleOfInvention Expression of gene of eucaryote
abstract PURPOSE:To effect the expression of a eucaryote gene, in high efficiency, by transforming a microorganism belonging to Escherichia genus with a recombinant DNA having a particular sequence in a DNA-chain of a plasmid vector adaptive to the host cell. CONSTITUTION:A recombinant DNA is introduced into a host cell of microorganism belonging to Escherichia genus. The recombinant DNA is composed of a transcription-controlling region, liposomelinking region, translation initiation codon, euracyote gene coding a polypeptide, and translation termination codon, each region functions in the host cell, and arranged from the upstream side in the order. A transcription-terminating signal functioning in the host cell is arranged in the downstream within 500 base pairs from the translation- terminating codon without interposing a homopolymer of >=10 sequent units of deoxyadenylic acid, deoxythymidylic acid, deoxyguanylic acid or deoxycytidylic acid.
