abstract | PURPOSE:To increase swaying speed of movable iron segment without increase of average drive energy even when the power feeding time is curtailed and a coil is forced to be energized by providing a movable iron segment position detecting means and power feeding control means to the coil power feeding means of actuator. CONSTITUTION:An encoder 17 is provided with a disk 20 having a hole 20a corresponding to the returning origin and holes 20b formed with equal interval at the circumferential edge at the shaft 11a of cylinder 11 rotating at a constant speed and receives the light 21 through the holes and generates pulses. Pulses are counted by a counter 18 and a memory 19 generates a signal in such a timing where the number of pulses is lower than that in a single turn of the disk 20 and controls a means 16. The means 16 operates an interface 26 with generation of origin pulse, turns ON an element 24, causes an excitation current I to flow into a coil 7 of actuator. Thereby, power feeding is suspended when the number of pulses reaches the specified value, power feeding direction is changed for each turning of disk 20, and the movable iron segment 8 moves by the inertia even when driving is released before the turning point. Therefore, high speed swaying of movable iron segment 8 can be realized with forced energization during a short period and interference by collision with magnetic pole segment can be avoided. |
