titleOfInvention | Standard sample for thermal decomposition analysis and thermal decomposition gaschromatography using said sample |
abstract | PURPOSE:To prevent the droop of an indentification sample and to make it possible to identify an unknown thermal decomposed material or a sample to be analyzed, by using a matrix comprising a resin, which is not dissolved in the identification sample, and a gas sample having small gas permeability as a standard sample for thermal decomposition analysis. CONSTITUTION:An identification sample comprising 1,3-butanediol and a resin material comprising fluororesin prepolymer are added to a hardening catalyst and stirred. The prepolymer is polymerized and hardened. Thus a standard sample, in which the 1,3-butanediol is dispersed in a matrix comprising the resin, is prepared. For the ther mal decomposition of the standard sample, an induction heating pyrolizer is used. For the separation of the decomposed product, a double flame ionization detector is used. A part of the standard sample is cut out and put in the heating furnace of the pyrolizer. High frequency energy is applied and thermal decomposition is performed. The decomposed material is separated and detected under the gaschromato graphy conditions. A gaschromatogram is formed and the gaschromatography is carried out. The fluororesin is thermally decomposed. The gaschromatogram formed by the identification sample dispersed in the resin can be excellently obtained. |
