| abstract | PURPOSE:To prevent the yield of product from lowering and at the same time facilitate the finishing work of the product by a structure wherein a bushing, which functions as the air vent hole of a manufacturing mold for urethane product, is replaceably installed on the mold. CONSTITUTION:Molding material M is poured through a gate 21 in a cavity 14 in order to form coated layers 18b and 19b over the outer peripheries of a ring part core metal 18a and of spoke part core metals. In that case, because the air in the cavity 14 and bubbles of the foam itself of the molding material M is blown off outside through the inserting hole 25a of a bushing 25 for an air vent hole, no void is generated within a molded part. Because the periphery of the air vent hole part 16 of the molded part 17 form a hollow, the air vent hole part 16 is easily cut off flush with the hollow of the periphery of the part 16 by cutting the air vent hole part 16 at its root while pulling upward. Further, even if the diameter of the inserting hole 25a wears, the bushing 25 can be replaced with new one, resulting in causing no lowering of the yield of product. |
