PURPOSE: To provide the titled vulcanized rubber which has proper surface track and can semi-permanently maintain an effect of allowing dust, etc. to adhere thereto, by vulcanizing a rubber compsn. contg. an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin with a vulcanizing agent. n CONSTITUTION: A blend consisting of 100pts.wt. rubber (A) (e.g. natural rubber, styrene/butadiene rubber or chlorinated polyethylene rubber), 20W50pts.wt. ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin (B) having a vinyl acetate content of 39W60%, a vulcanizing agent (C) selected from sulfur, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide and lead oxide and other additives (D) are molded and vulcanized. The resulting surface-tacky vulcanized rubber is suitable for use as dust-collecting cleaner and dust-proof mat. Dust deposited thereon can be removed by water washing and hence, it can be easily regenerated and semi-permanently used. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
