titleOfInvention Method of pouring resin grout material
abstract PURPOSE: To improve fludity of grout material by bearing effect to lessen contact resistance, and to improve deaerating properties by pouring the resin group material consisting of a thermosetting resin, aggregate and glass beads by a pouring machine having a slant. n CONSTITUTION: A resin group material consisting of (A) 100pts.wt. thermosetting resin (preferable example; epoxy resin, urethane resin, unsaturated polyester resin, etc.), (B) preferably 100W500pts.wt. aggregate (e.g., silica sand, calcium carbonate, aluminum oxide, etc.), and (C) preferably 5W70pts.wt. glass beads having preferably ≤300μ particle diameters is pured to the feed part 1 of the feeder 5. The grout material is passed through the slit 3, made to flow and to fall through the sloped member 4, small foams admixed in the material are floated on the surface of the grout material, and the greater part of the foams is eliminated. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio
