titleOfInvention Standard substance for assaying immunological composite
abstract PURPOSE:To elevate the measuring accuracy for a specific reaction substance reagent while enabling a long-term stable preservation, by using a specified molecular weight of polymerized IgG (immunoglobulin) as reference substance while a substance for stabilizing protein is added thereto. CONSTITUTION:For example, refined IgG undergoes a chemical cross-linking agent treatment and heat treatment by glutaric aldehyde to produce polymerized IgG, which is subjected to a gel filtration to collect polymerized IgG fraction with the molecular weight of under 20 million and about 0.1-5% of bovine serum albumin is added thereto to form a reference substance for assaying immunological composite. Then, when the reference substance thus obtained is used for a specific reaction substance reagent comprising four kinds of C1q bonded latexes different in the production lot to assay an immunological compos ite in a sample, there are limited variations in the measured value of the sample depending on the production lot of the C1q bonded latex thereby assuring very high repetition accuracy of the measured value along with a long-term stable preservation.
