titleOfInvention Diaphragm for speaker
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a light-weighted, high elastic and fatigue limit-improved diaphragm by selecting a material for the diaphragm properly, selecting a film material to be formed on one or both sides of the selected diaphragm material properly to reduce its weight and improve high elesticity and forming an intermediate phase on the interface part between the selected diaphragm material and the film material to improve their connection strength. CONSTITUTION:To reduce the weight and improve elasticity, a light metal foil consisting of a simple light metal such as aluminium, magnesium and tita nium or their alloy is selected as the diaphragm material A and a carbide compound group consisting of silicon carbide, boron carbide, aluminium carbide, beryllium carbide, and zirconium carbide is selected as the film material C. To strengthen the coupling between the diaphragm material and the film mate rial, an intermediate phase B mixing carbonated atoms of an carbide compound film, carbon atoms and the constitutional elements of the light metal foil as the diaphragm material is formed on the interface part between the disphragm material and the film material by using both reactive evaporation method and ion injection method.
