abstract | NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I [R 1 is H, 1W10C alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted phenyl, substituted or unsubstituted 3W10C cycloalkyl, etc.; R 2 and R 3 are H, tri(1W7C hydrocarbon)silyl, etc.; R 4 is H, methyl or vinyl; A is single bond, or 1W10C straight or branched chain alkyl; B is ethynylene or vinyl which may be substituted with 1W5C alkyl; D is H or 1W5C alkyl; n is 0W1], its mirror-image isomer, or their mixture. n EXAMPLE: 17,17,18,18-Tetradehydro-7-thiaprostaglandin E 1 . n USE: Agent for inhibiting thrombocyte coagulation, and remedy and preventive for thrombosis.
