titleOfInvention Porous sheet material and its production
abstract PURPOSE: A sheet material having a fine porous structure, improved water vapor permeation, and good productivity, obtained by setting a porous layer consisting of a specific hydrophobic polyurethane and a specified hydrophilic modified polyurethane on a substrate. n CONSTITUTION: A porous layer consisting of (A) a hydrophobic polyurethane obtained by reacting a hydrophobic polyol with an organic diisocyanate and a chain extender, and, (B) a hydrophilic modified polyurethane obtained by reacting a hydrophobic polyol with an organic diisocyanate in the presence of a chain extender containing an unsaturated double bond, followed by subjecting an addition polymerizable monomer containing glycidyl or polyoxyethylene chain to graft polymerization onto the reaction product, having 10W50wt% hydrophilic addition polymerizable monomer polymer, is set on a substrate. The porous sheet is obtained by impregnating the substrate with a water-in-oil type polyurethane emulsion consisting of the components A and B, an organic solvent, and water, and drying it. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio
