CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer 4 consisting of the laminate of a carrier generating layer 2 consisting essentially of a carrier generating material and a carrier transfer layer 3 contg. the compd. expressed by the formula (R1, R2, R3 denote a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, alkyl group, alkoxy group, hydroxyl group, dialkylamino group, diarylamino group, cyano group, nitro group, R4, R5 denote a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, alkyl group, cyano group, arom. carbocyclic ring group, arom. heterocyclic group, W denotes the chain carbon atomic group forming the condensed ring without conjugation with a benzene ring by bonding with the two adjacent carbon atoms on the benzene ring bound by R1) is provided on the conductive substrate 1.
