PURPOSE: To provide the title compsn. having excellent bond strength and heat resistance, containing at least two components selected from among a modified polyolefin, an unmodified polyolefin, an elastomer and CaCO 3 . n CONSTITUTION: 10W100wt% modified polyolefin (A) obtd. by grafting 0.01W2.0 pts.wt. alkenylsuccinic acid or unsaturated compd. of the formula (wherein R 1 , R 2 are each H, a 1W10C alkyl/ R 3 is a residue of benzotriazole, phthalimide, lactam or a derivative thereof) onto 100pts.wt. polyolefin (e.g. PP) in the pressure of 0.01W5.0pts.wt. org. peroxide with heating, 0W90wt% unmodified polyolefin (B) (e.g. PP) which is the same as that of component A, 0W90wt% elastomer (C) (e.g. ethylene/propylene rubber) having a tensile modulus lower than that of components A and B, and 5W50wt% (based on the entire quantity of compsn.)
