titleOfInvention Electrically conductive resin composition
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a composition having extremely small oxidative degradation with time, and capable of keeping high electrical conductivity stably for a long period, by blending a vinyl chloride resin with an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin, and adding a copper-based metallic fiber to the blend polymer. n CONSTITUTION: A resin mixture consisting of 20W80pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin and 80W20pts.wt. of an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin, is compounded with 5W25vol% copper-based metallic fiber. The copper-based metallic fiber is the one subjected to iodine treatment or acidic phosphate treatment, and having a diameter of ≤100μm, preferably 1W100μm and a length of 0.1W10mm, preferably 0.5W5mm. The amount of iodine is 0.01W5wt%, and the acidic phosphate treatment is carried out by using an alcoholic solvent at a solution concentration of 0.1W30wt%. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio
