abstract | PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. which gives character images which are reading legible and can be well defined, consisting of a synthetic resin dispersion mainly composed of an arm. hydrocarbon solvent, an alcohol or ether alcohol solvent and an alicyclic hydrocarbon solvent. n CONSTITUTION: An ink compsn. comprising a dispersion of a synthetic resin mainly composed of a compsn. which can dissolve or not dissolve an oil-soluble dye and a solvent mixture of 15W35wt% arom. hydrocarbon solvent (A) having a b.p. of 170°C or above, 15W35wt% benzene ring-contg. alcohol or benzene ring- contg. ether alcohol solvent (B) having a b.p. of 170°C or above and 20W50wt% alicyclic hydrocarbon solvent (C) having a b.p. of 150°C or below.
