PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. having excellent moldability and wear resistance, by blending a fluorine-contg. compd.-grafted carbon black with a plastic or rubber. n CONSTITUTION: Carbon black is mixed with a flurorine-contg. compd. such as trifluroethyl methacrylate and the mixture is graft-polymerized.
