abstract | PURPOSE: To suppress exhalation of a smell of snapping turtle of its own, to raise nutritive and strengthening effects, to make honey easily drinkable, by dissolving a large amount of protein, body liquids, and blood of snapping turtle, etc., in honey uniformly. n CONSTITUTION: Blood of snapping turtle, other animal, fish and shellfish is collected, the blood is blended with honey, stirred, and stored separately in such a way that the blood is not coagulated. On the other hand, the snapping turtle, other animal, fish and shellfish from which the blood is removed, is loosened, smelling substances such as bladder, etc. are removed, the resultant material is coarsely ground, immersed in an alcohol aqueous solution for several days to extract body liquids and dissolved substances. The extract is blended with the above-mentioned honey, the residue is taken out from the alcohol, added to water, boiled, separated into bond and meat as solid components and a liquid component, the bone among them is dried, pulverized, added to the honey, the meat is blended with water, decomposed with an enzyme, and filtered.
