abstract PURPOSE:The titled food to increase growing and nourishing effects on hair, containing both or one of chrysanthemum morifolium Hemsl powder and/or its extracted powder, and Humlus lupulus L. powder and/or its extracted powder as an essential component. CONSTITUTION:The titled food containing both or one of powder of chrysanthemum morifolium Hemsl and its capitated flower and/or extracted powder of chrysanthemum morifolium Hemsl, and powder of Humlus lupulus L. and/or extracted powder of Humlus lupulus L. Chrysanthemum morifolium Hemsl has been effective for metabolism of cholesterol, has the same functions, growing and nourishing effects on hair as a tangle (Laminaria japonica A) or (Undaria pinnatifida S), the use of it and the tangle is expected to have a synergistic effect. A female flower of Humlus lupulus L. is considered to have a bitter glycoside, to promote blood circulation, to improve blood stream of very small blood vessels, to provide growing and nourishing effects on hair.
