abstract | PURPOSE: To extend the measurement range of the titled reagent containing acetylcholine, acetate kinase, etc., by incorporating phosphotransacetylase and coenzyme A in the reagent. n CONSTITUTION: A reagent for determining choline esterase obtained by incorporating the first reagent, prepared from acetate kinase, adenosine triphosphate and phosphotransacetylase as principal components, and adjusted to 8W10pH with the second reagent, prepared from acetylcholine and coenzyme A as principal components, and adjusted to 3.5W5.5pH at a specific ratio in use.
