titleOfInvention Actinic energetic ray-curable resin composition
abstract PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which has excellent adhesion and dimensional stability and gives a pattern having excellent mechanical strength, chemical resistance and durability, containing a graft copolymer and a half-esterified epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION:A graft copolymer (A) obtd. by grafting a branched chain mainly composed of a structural unit derived from a monomer such as an OH group- contg. monomer (a), an (alkyl)amino group-contg. acrylic monomer (h), a COOH group-contg. acrylic or vinyl monomer (C), an N-pyrrolidone (derivative) (d), a vinylpyridine (derivative) (e) or an acrylamide derivative (f) vinylpyridine (derivative) (e) or an acrylamide derivative (f) of the formula [wherein R<1> is H, a 1-3C (hydroxy) alkyl; R<2> is H, (OH-substd.) 1-4C alkyl, acyl] onto a backbone chain mainly composed of a structural unit derived from at least one monomer selected from among alkyl methacrylates, acrylonitrile and styrene is blended with a half-esterified epoxy resin derived from an epoxy resin contg. at least two epoxy groups and an unsaturated carboxylic acid.
