titleOfInvention | Preparation of aminoa acid derivative |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the titled compound useful as a reagent for determining a thiol reactive group, by treating a disulfide group-containing substance with a phosphine and water. n CONSTITUTION: A disulfide group-containing substance shown by the formula I (n is 1 or 2) is reacted with a phosphine such as triphenylphosphine, etc. at -20W 50°C for 5minW3 days to give the aimed substance shown by the formula II. Preferably the disulfide group-containing substance shown by the formula I is dissolved in a solvent such as tetrahydrofuran, ethyl acetate, etc. and used as a solution. Amounts of the phosphine and water are equimolar amounts with the raw material, preferably equimolar amounts W 100 times the molar amount of the raw material, respectively, and the reaction is carried out. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
