abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a synthetic resin surface having an excellent anti-dazzle effect by consisting essentially a titled agent of the resulted product of condensation reaction of a silyl group-contg. vinyl polymer and polysiloxane. n CONSTITUTION: This agent consists essentially of the resulted product of the condensation reaction of the silyl group-contg. vinyl polymer and polysiloxane. The soln. of the resulted product of the condensation reaction of the silyl group- contg. vinyl polymer and polysiloxane is blown onto the surface of the synthetic resin by a spray gun having a spray nozzle or 0.4W0.8mm bore and is dried by heating, by which the pulverous silica/vinyl composite polymer power layer having the uniformly and finely rugged shape can be securely fixed and coated on the synthetic resin surface.
