titleOfInvention | Analysis of plural items |
abstract | PURPOSE: To make it possible to analyze a plurality of items, by simple operation such that a specimen is added to the specific area of a developing layer to be migrated. n CONSTITUTION: A plurality of reagents each containing an antigen or antibody are preliminarily supported by the different areas on a developing layer capable of developing a specimen and the specimen is added to the specific area of the developing layer to be migrated through each reagent supported area and the reaction product is subsequently observed. For example, the developing layer 10 has Cephalose 4B as a carrier and a position (a) has an anti-IgG antibody and a position (b) has an anti-IgA antibody and a position has an anti-IgM antibody. 5μl of a specimen containing IgG, IgA and IgM is spotted to a specimen spot position (g) and a 0.1M phosphate buffer solution is used as a developing solution to develop the specimen and, after the specimen has been reached the upper end of the developing layer, an eosine labelled anti-IgG antibody, an eosine labelled anti-IgA antibody and an eosine labelled anti-IgM antibody are respectively spotted to d-, e- and f-positions and each eosine labelled antibody is developed to the direction at right angles to the specimen developing direction. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
