titleOfInvention Method for measuring human lung surface active material and reagent kit to be used therein
abstract PURPOSE: To make it possible to quickly and sensitively measure a slight amt. of the human lung surface active material by using two kinds of monoclonal antibodies which recognize the antigen parts different from each other of the apoprotein of the lung surface active material. n CONSTITUTION: The human lung surface active material in a specimen is mea sured by using the 1st monoclonal antibody which recognizes the apoprotein of the human lung surface active material and the 2nd monoclonal antibody which recognizes the apoprotein but binds with the antigen part different from the 1st monoclonal antibody. The measurement time can be reduced in the above-mentioned measurement method by a two-point simultaneous immunomeasure ment method, i.e. by bringing simultaneously the 1st monoclonal antibody fixed to a microplate, the aproprotein and the 2nd monoclonal antibody made to biotin into reaction. The 1st monoclonal antibody is preferably fixed and the 2nd monoclonal antibody is labeled in this measurement method. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio
