abstract NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R1 is 2-5C alkyl; R2 is H, 1-3C alkyl, Cl or Br; R3 is H or 1-4C alkyl; Y1-Y3 are 1-8C alkyl, 2-8C alkenyl, halogen, (CH2)lA (A is substituted amino, morpholino, OR7, etc.; lis an integer 0-3; R7 is H, 1-3C alkyl), OR11 (R11 is 4-8C alkyl, 3-5C alkenyl, benzyl, etc.), etc.] and a salt thereof. EXAMPLE:4-Chloro-5-(3,4-dimethoxybenzylamino)-2-n-propyl-3(2H)-p-yrida zinone. USE:With antagonistic action on slow-reacting substances of anaphylaxis (SRS-A) and useful as an antiallergic agent. PREPARATION:A 3(2H)pyridazinone compound expressed by formula II is reacted with a benzylamine derivative expressed by formula III in the presence of a dehydrohalogenating agent in an inert solvent to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I.
