titleOfInvention Composition for forming self-leveling bed surface
abstract PURPOSE:The titled composition showing easily smoothness, having toughness, obtained by blending a synthetic resin emulsion obtained by emulsion polymerization in the presence of a specific water-soluble high polymer containing no anionic surface active agent with an inorganic hydraulic composition. CONSTITUTION:A monomer such as acrylic acid ester, styrene, vinyl acetate, etc., is subjected to emulsion polymerization in the presence of an anionic water- soluble high polymer which contains substantially no anionic surface active agent and has a hydroxyl group in the molecule, such as hydroxyethyl cellulose derivative, polyvinyl alcohol derivative, etc., to give a synthetic resin emulsion, and 50-100wt% (solid content of resin) synthetic resin emulsion is blended with an inorganic hydraulic composition (e.g., cement), to give a composition for forming self-leveling bed surface, which easily shows smoothness by applying it to earth under the floor, has high setting rate, improved self-leveling properties and improved execution.
