titleOfInvention | Manufacture of reflecting plate for circularly polarized wave antenna |
abstract | PURPOSE:To obtain a reflecting plate for circularly polarized wave antenna with excellent weather resistance by pouring a methylmethacrylate group polymer sirup, an inorganic filler and a catalyzer for sirup polymerization onto an injectioi mold surface while mixing them so as to cure the mixture. CONSTITUTION:The metallic foil is placed onto a lower part injection molding metal mold (a) and the methylmethacrylate group polymer sirup is poured therein. Then filtering and defoaming are conducted under a reduced pressure and the sirup is poured and the result is sealed by an upper injection molding metal mold (b). The sirup is heated in an air furnace at 100-200 deg.C (preferably 100- 120 deg.C) for 0.5-5hr (preferably 2-5hr) to complete the polymerization, then the molds are left for natural cooling to exfoliate the product from the molds. A forming with smooth surface (reflecting plate for circularly polarized wave antenna) is obtained by annealing the product at nearly 120 deg.C for several hours. |
