titleOfInvention Reagent for determination of n-acetylhexosamine
abstract PURPOSE: To provide the titled reagent for the accurate, simple and quick determination of the titled compound, containing N-acetylhexosamine oxidase and mutarotase, having improved reactivity, and useful for the early diagnosis of proximal uriniferous tubule disorder and rejection in renal transplantation. n CONSTITUTION: The quantitative determination of N-acetylhexosamine is carried out by using N-acetylhexosamine oxidase in combination with mutarotase as the coupling enzyme to improve the reactivity, developing the color of the reaction product with 4-aminoantipyrine and N-ethyl-N-(2-hydroxy-3-sulfopropyl)- m-toluidine sodium, and determining the absorbance. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio
