PURPOSE: The titled composition excellent in heat and weather resistance, prepared by mixing crystalline PP with an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber and melamine. n CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. crystalline PP (propylene content ≥50wt%) containing, if necessary, PE, an olefin elastomer (e.g., ethylene/propylene copolymer rubber), etc., is mixed with 0.01W0.5pt.wt. antioxidant (e.g., 2,6-tert-butylphenol), 0.01W 2pts.wt. ultraviolet absorber (e.g., 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone) and 0.01W 0.5pt.wt. melamine of the formula. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
