abstract PURPOSE: To provide the title compsn. having excellent low-temperature impact properties, thermal stability and resistance to hot water and water vapor, by adding a thermoplastic elastomer and a carbodiimide compd. to a thermoplastic polyester resin. n CONSTITUTION: 1W50wt% at least one thermoplastic elastomer (A) such as thermoplastic elastomer in a narrow sense selected from among modified copolymer elastomers of polyolefins or thermoplastic rubbers obtd. by polymerizing a vinyl compd. in the presence of a rubber component having a particle size of 5μ or below, composed of a diene compd. polymer and 0.1W10wt% at least one carbodiimide compd.
