titleOfInvention | Production of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain inexpensively and efficiently the titled compound useful as a biochemical analysis reagent, etc., from nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, acetyl phosphate and adenosine 5'-monophosphate, by using a bacterum having specific enzymatic activity. n CONSTITUTION: A solution such as phosphoric acid buffer solution, etc. is blended with 0.5W20 mg/ml nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD), 0.003W1.0 mg/ml adenosine 5'-monophosphate(AMP) and 0.14W5.8 mg/ml acetyl phosphate(ACP) in preferable concentrations (usually AMP/NAD is ≤1/10 equivalent) and reacted with a mold of bacterium [e.g., Brevibacterium ammoniagenes(ATCC15312), etc.] having enzymatic activities of NAD kinase, acetate kinase and adnylate kinase under preferable conditions at 5.0W9.0 pH at 15W50°C to give the aimed compound. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
