titleOfInvention Cellulose dope
abstract PURPOSE: Stable dope suitable for molding, not gelatinizing by long-period preser vation or with heat, obtained in high reaction efficiency by adding a reagent to form a cellulose ether to a cellulose-containing alkali solution at a fixed temperature. n CONSTITUTION: A cellulose-containing alkali solution is blended at -12W40°C with ≥0.01mol based on a glucose residue constituting cellulose of a reagent to form cellulose. Lithium hydroxide and/or sodium hydroxide is used as the alkali. A compound selected from a vinyl compound, a halogenated carboxylic acid, its salt, an alkylene oxide and a dialkyl sulfate, is used as the reagent. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio
