titleOfInvention | Catalyst for addition reaction of polymer containing side-chain epoxy group and activated ester |
abstract | PURPOSE: To perform the additional reaction of side-chain epoxy group and activated ester in the high rate of reaction by using a compd. selected from among tertiary amine, quaternary ammonium salt and quaternary phosphonium salt as a catalyst. n CONSTITUTION: The additional reaction of both the various polymers contg. side-chain epoxy group such as glycidyl acrylate and activated esters especially benzoate having an electron attractive substituent group is performed by using one or more kinds of compds. selected from among tertiary amine (R) 3 N, quater nary ammonium salt [(R) 4 N]X and quaternary phosphonium salt [(R) 4 P]X (in a formula, R is an aliphatic group, an aromatic group and an alicyclic group and X is halogen or the other acidic group). Thus the functional high molecule is produced in the excellent rate of reaction but especially quaternary salt is excellent as the catalyst and the obtained polymer is available in the various applications such as an adhesive and a photoresist. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
