titleOfInvention | Production of nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide phosphate |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the titled compound easily in high yield, by heat-treating the culture liquid of microorganism capable of producing heat-resistant NAD kinase to obtain a treated product free of phosphatase activity and reacting NAD with adenosine triphosphate in the presence of the above treated product. n CONSTITUTION: Culture liquid, cell or treated cell of microorganism capable or producing heat-resistant nicotin amide-adenine dinucleotide kinase (NAD kinase) is heat-treated to eliminate the phosphatase activity of impurities. Nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP) can be produced by reacting nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide (NAD) with adenosine triphosphate in the presence of the above treated culture liquid, cell or treated cell. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
