PURPOSE:The titled cosmetic that is prepared by admixing a specific amount of a specific liquid oil to a pencil cosmetic such as eye-liner pencil, eye brow pencil, or lip pencil, containing hardened castor oil, thus being inhibited the resultant composition from blooming with the passage of time. CONSTITUTION:A pencil cosmetic which generally contains 3-40wt% of hardened castor oil as a core-solidifying agent is combined with 5-30wt%, based on the total amount of the cosmetic, of at least one selected from a liquid oil of more than 600mol.wt., such as liquid lanolin, ricinoleic acid triglyceride, polyoxyethylene polypropylene glyceryl ether or polyoxyalkylene glycol oligosuccinate to give the objective cosmetic which has an extruded or casted core and is prevented from blooming such as migration of white crystals. |
