abstract NEW MATERIAL:An N-benzoyl-N'-phenylurea based compound expressed by formula I (X 1 and X 2 are H, halogen or NO 2 ; Y is H or halogen; Z is H, halogen or CF 3 ; Z is H when X 1 is H and X 2 is halogen or NO 2 ). n EXAMPLE: N-( 2,4-Dinitrobenzoyl )-N'-[3-chloro-4-( 5-trifluoromethyl-2-pyridyloxy ) phenyl]urea. n USE: An anticancer agent administered in preferably 10W400mg/kg/day dose. The above-mentioned agent can be administered by a method, e.g. oral, intravenous, intramuscular, subcuterneous route, etc. n PREPARATION: A compound expressed by formula II is reacted with a compound expressed by formula III in the presence of a solvent, e.g. benzene or toluene, at 0W120°C for 0.1W24hr to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio
