titleOfInvention Adhesive and flexible printed circuit board
abstract PURPOSE: An adhesive having improved adhesiveness, heat resistance, smoothness, comprising specific components such as an acrylic resin, epoxy resin, a compound which contains urethane bond in the molecule and primary amines at both the end groups and a fluorinated alkyl ester surface active agent in a specified ratio. n CONSTITUTION: The aimed adhesive comprising (A) 100pts.wt. acrylic resin obtained by copolymerizing 15W35wt% acrylonitrile with 55W83wt% eater of ≤5C alcohol and (meth)acrylic acid, and 2W10wt% (meth)acrylic acid, (B) 15W80pts. wt. epoxy resin, (C) 30W150pts.wt. compound which has urethane bond and primary amines at both the end groups, (D) 0.03W0.1pt.wt. based on 100pts.wt. mixture of the components AWC of a fluorinated alkyl ester surface active agent, and (E) 0.5W1.3pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. mixture of an alkyl ether surface active agent. A flexible printed circuit board having an adhesive layer consisting of the adhesive has an adhesive face free from unevenness, has improved roll or press molding properties, and extremely improved appearance. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio
