abstract PURPOSE: The title liquid mix that contains, as major components, an acid, ester or salt, which has a carbon chain of a certain number, and both carboxyl and alcohol groups, paraffin and a surface active agent, further includes water as a solvent, thus showing high soaking and cleaning actions. n CONSTITUTION: An acid, ester or salt, which has 13W17 carbon atoms in the main part except the polar groups, carries 3 carboxyls and 1 alcohol group is added in water, further a surface active agent is added, preferably in an amount of 0.01W0.3wt% in order to promoting dissolution. Further, paraffin is added, preferably in an amount of 0.5W4wt% for polishing, then water is added so that its content becomes more than 95wt%.
