PURPOSE: An adhesive that is composed of a resin mixture of polyolefin and chlorosulfonated polyolefin, thus effecting simultaneously foaming and high adhesion of a foaming polyurethane resin in no need of pretreatment. n CONSTITUTION: The objective adhesive for polyurethane resins contains a resin mixture of (A) 99.0W60.0wt%, preferably 98.5W85.0wt% of polyolefin such as ethylene or propylene homo-, copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or ethylene-acrylic copolymer and (B) 1.0W4.0wt%, preferably 1.5W15.0wt% of a chlorosulfonated polyolefin such as chlorosulfonated polypropylene, chloro sulfonated polyethylene of 10W60wt% chlorination degree and 0.3W4.0wt% ion content. In preferable embodiment in adhesion, the foaming polyurethane resin is implanted in the polyolefin resin composition i the form of sheet, film, drawn tapes or yarn or their surface, is sprayed or coated with the resin and they are heated at 0W90°C to effect foaming as well as adhesion. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
