titleOfInvention | Electroconductive composition having radiation sensitivity |
abstract | PURPOSE:To form a fine conductive pattern having excellent properties of an electroconductivity, a heat resistance and a moisture resistance on an insulating substrate by incorporating a polyimide precursor and a polymerizable unsatd. compd. or its reaction product as an org. type component, and an electroconductive filler as an electroconductive component to the titled composition respectively. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition comprises a specific org. type component and the electroconductive component. The org. type component is constituted of the polyimide precursor and the polymerizable unsatd. compd.. The polyimide precursor is preferable to be 2,000-10,000mol.wt. The epoxy compd. having the polymerizable unsatd. binding which is added to the polyimide precursor comprises a glycidyl acrylate. etc. The electroconductive filler constituting the electroconductive component is more preferable to be a silver powder and a silver flake. |
