titleOfInvention Method of concentrating gamma-linolenic acid containing glyceride
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain easily a concentrate of γ-linolenic acid-containing glyceride, by dissolving a lipid component of a mold belonging to the genus Mortierella in a specific solvent, and concentrating the cooling crystallization residue of the solution. n CONSTITUTION: A lipid component of a mold belonging to the genus Mortierella is dissolved in at least one selected from hexane, acetone, ethyl alcohol, and petroleum ether, the prepared solution is cooled, crystal is precipitated in the solution, the crystal is separated, the noncrystalline part is concentrated, to give a concentrate of γ-linolenic acid-containing glyceride. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio
