PURPOSE: To obtain the titled film of high weatherability and good bonding processability with high-frequency machine, by incorporating vinyl chloride resin with a combination of specific proportion of phthalic ester plasticizer, phosphoric ester plasticizer, epoxidized plasticizer and organophosphoric acid alkaline earth metal salt. n CONSTITUTION: The objective film can be obtained by incorporating (A) 100pts. wt. of vinyl chloride rein with a combination of (B) 30W70pts.wt. of a phthalic ester plasticizer (e.g., di-n-octyl phthalate), (C) 1W10pts.wt. of a phosphoric ester plasticizer (e.g., trioctyl phosphate), (D) 0.5W7pts.wt. of an epoxidized plasticizer (e.g., epoxidized soybean oil) and (E) 0.1W5pts.wt. of an organophosphoric acid alkaline earth metal salt of formula I or formula II (M is Zn, Ca, Ba, Mg or Sr; R 1 WR 3 are each alkyl, aryl, etc.) with the sum of the components (B), (C), (D) and (E) being 40W80pts.wt. and preferable weight ratio to the component (B) being 1/5W1/35, 1/10W1/100 and 1/10W1/500, for the components (C), (D) and (E), respectively followed by making into film. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
